Item 1

Public Hearing in relation to an application submitted by BMS Management
Corp. for an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to allow the parking of
commercial vehicles at motor vehicle service stations in the BR-1 District.

Item 2

Public Hearing on the application submitted on behalf of Webster Bank
(“Applicant”), a proposed tenant at One North Broadway, for a proposed amendment to an “S Zone” Ordinance entitled, “An ordinance amending the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of White Plains in relation to a change of district of Lots 8, 8a, 9 and 10, Block 9, Ward 4" concerning the proposed amended site plan approval for the installation of graphics and signage on the North Broadway and Main Street sides of the Building and a new exterior ATM.

Public Hearing in relation to the application submitted on behalf of Westchester Healthcare Properties I, LLC, for a Special Permit/Site Plan Approval for the development of a six (6) story approximately 101,000 square foot skilled nursing facility that will house 180 beds and include administrative and staff offices,
common dining and recreation facilities and an outdoor garden and underground
parking garage and will be known as the White Plains Institute of Rehabilitation
and Healthcare, at the corner of Church Street and Barker Avenue (120 Church
Street).

Cucina for a one (1) year Special Permit to operate a cabaret at Eclisse

acquisition of approximately 0.23 acres of land located at 134-142 East
Post Road, White Plains, New York (Section 125.84, Block 1, Lot 8) the
filing and grading thereof, the construction of drainage improvements
therefor and the construction of a City parking lot thereon in and for said
City.
