Items 1-4 - 1. Public Hearing in relation to proposed Local Law Introductory No. 2 of 2010, a local law to amend Section 213 of the Charter of the City of White Plains entitled, “Contracts To Be Let.”

3. Local Law Introductory No. 2 of 2010. A local law amending Section 213
of the Charter of the City of White Plains entitled, “Contracts To Be Let,” in relation to raising the limits requiring competitive bidding on public works contracts and purchase contracts in conformance with the new limits set
forth in the recent amendment to Section 103 of the General Municipal
Law.
4. Resolution amending a resolution entitled, “Resolution adopting
Procurement Policies for Goods and Services which are not required by
law to be specifically bid,” last amended on December 1, 2008.
