Child Care Stabilization Grants in the total amount of $827,900 to support
the Youth Bureau’s After School Connection Program and to authorize the
Budget Director to amend the FY 2021/22 Youth Development Fund to
reflect such grants.
11. Communication from Director of the Youth Bureau in relation to authorizing the
addition of profit from sales of the Project THRIVE initiative.
12. Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of White Plains authorizing the
Budget Director to amend the 2021/22 Youth Development Fund to reflect
the receipt of $517 in profits from the Project Thrive Food Truck Project.
13. Communication from Director of the Youth Bureau in relation to receiving a grant in
the amount of $40,000 from the Westchester Clubman Foundation to support the
Clubmen Higher Aims Program.

the City to receive a grant in the amount of $40,000 from the Westchester
Clubman Foundation to support the Clubman Higher Aims Program, and to
authorize the Budget Director to amend the 2021/22 Youth Development

Grandpas United Program.
